The JOEY brand is a Canadian premium-casual institution, three decades in the refining: globally inspired menus run by real chefs, cocktails crafted with intent, and hospitality polished to a shine. Shipyards is among its flagships — two storeys and some ninety-five hundred square feet on the Lower Lonsdale waterfront, built to show the brand at its most confident.
What to Order
Begin with fire-touched sushi cones or the rainbow roll, add the famous crispy mashed-potato spring rolls for the table, then let the mains travel: Cajun-blackened chicken, grilled steaks, poke bowls, mini steak French dips with gruyère and warm jus.
