Founder Joseph Jawhari started in a Lebanese salon as a boy and has more than fifty years of cutting and colour behind him; Lina Jawhari looks after the guest side. Master stylist Joni Abou-Jaoude ran salons in Lebanon and Dubai and spent a decade in London. Hanif Virani, a specialist in short shapes, was a main artist for Matrix internationally.
